        The lady on the till called nida who had served me awful customer service doesnt know how to communicate with customers and snatched my receipt out of my hand will definitely be taking this matter further no one should treat a customer like that when I had told her she even said she dont care definitely needs firing! From someone who has worked in customer service and now works within trading standards I will definitely be reporting this as no customers should go through this you should be helping the customer not throwing attitude!

        They serve halal chicken last time I checked. The prices here are adjusted to South London living standards so that's a plus for me who comes from Camden where the prices are higher. The service is usually good but there are times where you have to wait long for your order. For example today I waited 10 minutes for my Boneless Banquet Box Meal. The food quality I have not encountered a problem with yet, its well made and feeling fresh most of the time I had it.
