        Never once had them keep an appointment for windscreen repair, its always been cancelled. Took them over an hour to replace the bulbs in my headlights.

        It is shocking how bad the service can be even when you're trying to BUY something. Asking questions to anyone feels like begging for something. I wanted some guidance on the size of the bike I'd buy and I had no help at all. Zero will to help from the people working there.

        Total waste of time. Booked my car in for aircon check at 8am. Nobody was ready and nobody cared. At 8:30 the manager looked and said he couldn't do that make of car. They sent me to an auto centre 30 minutes away. But their machine was not working and they tried to send me to yet another branch.
