From start to finish a Company that look's after the customer 100%. Joanne in the office is very polite and knowledgeable, and communication is second to none. The engineer, Cameron was incredibly polite and very efficient. Pricing is competitive and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely be using again if needed and highly recommend.

I have had a water softener for over25 years and for the 10 years it has been serviced by Pheonix Water Services. They have always been been efficient and caring in all aspects of their service. Recently on my last service, last week, my old Liff machine gave up the ghost. As usual the service I got from the company with a replacement was excellent. I would unreservedly recommend this company to anyone interested in installing a water softener. their receptionist is delightful to deal with.

We were recommended this firm by a reputable services engineer. We wanted an efficient water softener and regular salt for our organisation; Lee gave good information regarding which machine would suit best. The ordering, the installation and the administration was faultless, all at a reasonable price. Jo on the end of the phone is great! enormously helpful and always calls back with queries promptly and efficiently. I would without doubt recommend Phoenix to any company out there, especially in London where the water is notoriously hard and full of limescale. It has made such difference
