        Ordered an item in November and delivery was delayed on three occasions. It never arrived. Contacted Nick at Sweetie Shoppie and was eventually told it was being investigated. A week later I chased it up and was told it is being investigated again. Another week passed by and was told the investigation has been escalated. Nick then went quiet. After multiple emails, messages and phone calls over a number of weeks he said that I can get a refund. We are now into the new year and still no contact from Nick after several more attempts to contact the company. I would not recommend buying from this company given the lack of customer service.
