Professional quality of work none the less but thats down to the commitment and quality of the team members.
Lack of professionalism when handling jobs, sites and all other administration work falling on the guys out on site getting the work done.
I personally had an accident at work no risk assessment or health and safety was carried out before hand.. (notified the company and all management members) and still had my contract terminated due to absence of 3days due to the injury I sustained whilst at work and there lack of due diligence.
