A D Theobald and Son

I had really bad experience with this company. I met David in his workshop, he agreed to do BBQ cover. Price was discussed and agreed. He came over to do measurement and agreed to do instalment for extra money. Everything meant to be ready within a week time, as he said. Two weeks later I phoned him and his answer was that he is still waiting for material. I haven't heard from him for a while (no call, no any sort of updates) After 3 weeks I decided two visit his shop in person and see how the works are going. I was really surprised and disappointed when find out that nothing was done and actually he never planned to do it. For all that time he was saying that job was in progress, he wasted my time and I would not recommend him to anyone. I am not to sure if he knows what the customer service means. I am very disappointed with his company and definitely wont recommend him to anyone . I would suggest to avoid his shop as he is full of lies and unreliable.

I never write reviews but I had to in this case. I must say how pleased we are with the railings and electric gates that David has made for our driveway. Only slightly more expensive than mass produced gates but well worth it to get such fantastic hand made bespoke ironwork that is totally unique and will enhance our property for many years. Thank you very much David!

David and team are very professional and hardworking. Nothing is too much trouble and the work was finished to a very high standard. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I could not be happier with the quality of work David and his team carried out to help transform my front garden. His quote for my bespoke fence was competitive and the communication leading up to the start of the works was excellent. David arrived on time on the agreed days and worked solidly to get the job finished. The works were carried out exactly how I asked to a fantastic standard and nothing I requested was too much trouble. I'm over the moon with my fence I cannot recommend A D Theobald and Son for their highly skilled craftsmanship enough. Thank you.
