I know how you're feeling, tired, frustrated, stressed and in bits. Losing someone hurts so bad. Lucy and team are the nicest most respectful, helpful service to work in this area. This was my first funeral totally alone with no-one to help, lost in all the ads and competing funeral directors. TDM was my fourth and final encounter with funeral directors. After being talked to as if I was purchasing a drink by other bigger companies, the upselling the debt fearmongering was awful. When I first spoke to Lucy with her grounding voice and compassion, she calmed me each time we spoke with her knowledge she took it at my pace. Understanding that not any part of this is easy on anyone. Professional and transparent I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through everything. I'm honestly so grateful to TDM and Lucy. Thank you so much. Keep up the great work, your team is invaluable!

Lucy and her team provide an excellent, personal and professional service. My mother was taken from the hospital as soon as possible to Lucy's and the care and comfort shown to our family went above and beyond. All the stressful expectations were dealt with by Lucy and her team. We can not thank TDM enough for everything they provided even after the funeral. I highly recommend TDM funeral services.

What can I say.. My father passed suddenly and my mother was not prepared. We had called a few companies but right from the beginning Lucy was way ahead she showed compassion empathy and was very very kind hearted. She was kind enough to guide us through a very difficult time, once we decided to use TDM the service was way beyond what I had expected. Christine came to my mothers and helped write a touching eulogy and was delivered with kindness and love. I would give six stars for this review if I could. Thank you TDM for making a very difficult task bearable and beautiful. Thank you Lucy & Christine I will never forget your help and am eternaly grateful. All our love Love/Hughes family x
