        Ordered coal to be delivered today.. Not meant to be.. No delivery. No phone calls or messages to say why not.. I have tried few times calling and left messages to no avail.. Not good!!

        Absolutely appalling service!!! They promised me the coal would be delivered on Wednesday morning. It got to the afternoon and it had still not arrived. When I rang up asking where it was the lady on the other end of the phone shouted him (I could hear them talking) and said he'll be their in 10 minutes. 2 minutes later I got another phone call from them saying he's in 'Lincoln'. Coal is the only way to heat my house up and I was so cold left without any coal, so I explained this to them and they said it wasn't their fault or they're problem and put the phone down!! NEVER USE!

        I have never had a delivery from Fennesey but collect sacks of smokeless fuel from their yard. Always an excellent service.
