Greenfields Boarding Kennels and Cattery

Great service from knowledgeable staff. We left our four fur babies with them. They were in a family kennel, so kept together as a pack. They asked for details on our dogs and gave individual feedback on their personalities when we returned (clear evidence that there was interaction with them, rather than a kennel housing approach. Would highly recommend them.

Thank you Barry, Dy and Sharon for looking after my 4 Frenchies and giving them a holiday too. Fantastic facilities and lots of secure green play area. I feel rest assured with my Fur-babies in your care! Just shows years of experience of taking care of Animals.

We took our dog here whilst we went away it was a last minute thing as normally he will go to Kirkview at Blyth. I was a bit sceptical about it as it didnt look very accommodating very run down. When I originally spoke to them on the phone I was told a daily rate of 14 and to pay a 40 deposit. He was in for 9 days at a costing of 126 less the 40 deposit would have meant a final payment when picking him up of 86. My husband went to pick him up and was charged 115 apparently they charge more to issue medication and other hidden fees etc, this was not stated on the telephone or even when we dropped him off and told them about what medication to give him each day. He also has to have a special dietary requirement as meat products will cause him serious harm which we provided them to feed him only for him to come home and see hed obviously been fed something completely different. When checking his medication we found half a tablet that hadnt even been given to him. I am really disappointed and will not be taking my dog back to this kennels again.
