I purchased an item which was 0.25 more than what was labeled on the shelve, not that the extra 25p would alter whether or not Id buy it, but I simply notified the staff. A man called Michael came to speak with me. I showed him my receipt and I showed him the product. He basically implied the product I scanned was different to what the ticket. I read my receipt, I read my product, I read his scanner, all were the same but the ticket was obviously printed wrong. Instead of accepting the fault, he told me I was in the wrong and I cannot tell him how to do his job. I am just a customer trying to understand how it was my fault to begin with. I left feeling being humiliated and victimised, like I was being unreasonable for pointing it out. The customer service was absolutely appalling and the fact that the manager took absolutely zero responsibility is a huge red flag. I do not recommend.

I am a tea lover .. I bought PG tips from here.. Normally buy from ASDA big box But quality is so poor colour while cooking is not even black its brown No taste never buy again from sainsbury Then again I have to go to ASDA and buy big box
