That was the experience of many of my party.
If a group of patrons refuse to pay the service charge that is their choice. I think the issue was the party was sat on 5 tables and each table was charged despite the fact it was one party. I know service to a large party can be tiresome however your tone with patrons should not reflect this.
If some chose to return, good stuff, I on the other hand will not be.
