Absolutely beyond terrible experience. I used the Too Good to Go app. When I went to collect 2 x Pizza the member of staff was hostile and stated it was a magic bag and he will give whatever he likes even though it is made fresh. He was very aggressive and stated you can cancel the order. Which I obviously couldn't as you need to cancel 2 hours prior to the collection time. I have never experienced any customer service like this in my 52 years. I was appalled and very nervous indeed by the aggression displayed by this member of staff. He gave me 2 Margarita pizza and made a hand gesture toward the door. He made me feel so uncomfortable. The pizza was absolutely terrible. Would not recommend them at all.
