Response to owners reply: You need to check the time on your CCTV because I was back in my car by 1325 where I made calls and by 1330 I had secured another appointment about 2 minutes drive away (my call records confirm this). I was 15mins late, I admit this, but I did not expect to be told to leave which is what your colleague did, especially because I had booked an appointment for full set hands and feet, which implies at least 90mins of time (to infill acrylics, reinstall 4xbroken nails, new acrylic set to feet, etc etc). Arriving 15mins late means I still had at least 75mins of my pre-booked appointment left so why couldn't your colleague accomodate even just doing my hands and perhaps ask me to return for feet later (we have done this before). He actually said "I'm sorry we can't help you love." In the end, I went to another salon and got a fresh set of toenails installed along with infills to existing fingernails and replacement of broken nails. They were lovely and smiley (you guys never smile at your customers) and I got a 15% new customer discount. Perhaps next time don't lose a good and loyal customer so carelessly. ******* The Asian guy with the dyed blonde hair and northern accent was exceptionally rude and as a frequent customer who has been attending this nail salon for close to a year, repeatedly, I do not appreciate it! Granted, I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment due to the roadworks which are happening right in front of their salon where 3 different traffic lights for vehicles travelling from 3 different directions meet. So some empathy should have been shown, especially as I've never been late to an appointment before. Instead, he spent another 5 minutes interrogating me about why I was late and what exactly I needed done. Didn't offer me a seat, didn't even show appreciation for my loyalty given I came even in horrendous traffic. The fact that a loyal customer such as myself who spends about 70 per appointment and has been over 10 times (do the math) cannot be accomodated or at least greeted politely is such a shame. Indeed all customers should be accomodated, appreciated and greeted politely - especially when the customer is polite. Unfortunately, I will not be back. My teens love this nail salon. Lovely friendly staff and beautiful nails that last for ages.
