This shop is full of efficient, pleasant and genuinely kind staff. My phone hasn't worked in over a year and having just lost my active phone, I reverted to the old phone to see if I could give my iPhone 4S another shot instead of buying a new one. This Zihad brother treated me with incredible kindness, fixed my phone, offered to work on it on the spot and overnight, and emailed me as soon as it was repaired. They even offered to bring me coffee on the house while I waited. While I was waiting, shocked customers came with broken phones and they calmed t hem down and solved their problems as well. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again guys.

OMG, the best! Reviews don't lie! I have dropped my phone several times and this last drop resulted in a bunch of black spots all over the screen. I was pretty sure I needed a new phone, but thought I'd check Google first. I am so happy. I called him, he showed up about 2-3 hours later and got me a new screen for a fair price. The phone looks brand new. Very happy!

was going to go to I smash and spend 170 on my I phone 11 screen, however denied to give putney tech a try. now have a perfectly working screen for only 60, the guy working there was lovely and only took 10 minutes. Thank you so much !

Great service and value!! I had an iPhone X that had the ""green line of death"". It was getting bigger and bigger by the minute and I called Putney Tech Phone Repair to fix it. He was able to schedule an appointment and came within 30 minutes of the call and had the phone fixed within an hour. The prices were super reasonable compared to other places. Ended up paying a reasonable amount for a screen and battery replacement Super happy about the service. He was calm, professional and awesome. Thank you!

I was very impressed with this place. It should be every phone store, but somehow fails to manage. The phone shop is a nice little shop with some comfy chairs for you to wait. Don't wait long though! I was really shocked when they said it would only take 15 minutes. I've had phones repaired before and they usually tell you to come back later or wait an hour. No, not here. The service was prompt and quick and of high quality. Screen replacement on an iPhone costs a reasonable price, which isn't too bad. It comes with a two-year warranty. Although I don't think this warranty covers if you break the screen yourself, it does cover if something else happens like the screen pops off. This is a great place and I would definitely recommend that everyone use them. Thanks Putney Tech Mobile Service
