I asked Louis at Global Tax Services a question by email because I was having difficulty getting information for a tender with a short deadline. To my surprise and delight Louis called me to see how he could best assist me. When he had difficulty reaching me by phone he set up a google meet. Within a few minutes he had located the information I needed. In this day of little personal service, Louis' personal attention and knowledge of the information available was really great. These guys know what they are talking about and they are not like some of previous larger firms I have encountered which can tend to waffle a lot (so they can increase fees) and give you vague advice with lots of caveats. On the contrary, I have received from GTS hands on, pragmatic advice on my dual country tax position which led me in turn to have the appropriate conversation I needed to have with my employer about being tax equalized, etc. before accepting to go on an international assignment for them. Couldn't be happier with the final compensation package I was able to negotiate with my employer.
