Absolutely awful service , I've been Misdiagnosed and my child have been on numerous occasions, been turned away when ill and been told "I'm fine " , they don't even handle online appointments properly when referred to pharmacist minor illness I get no call very disappointed

Great doctor, superb online portal, professional reception staff. The best GP Ive found in London and am lucky enough to live in the right post code.

After so many different addresses and GPs in London I can garante that nothing compares to this one! From the extremely professional and respectful service at the reception to the very careful service of doctors and nurses this is like a private clinic! I have massive respect for this place and team working there! It should be an example for other practises! Well done everyone and thank you very much!

I been there today to see a doctor and take my prescription (I was really ill: sore throat/fever). I spoke to this young black lady at the reception, she was really polite and asked me to wait to be called. After 45 minutes, I went to speak to the young lady again. I did a simple question - whether it would take too long for them to call because I was very sick - but suddenly an old blonde lady (with a sort of channel haircut) started shout and act very rude. I just did a simple question and the girl was answering politely, however, it seems that old woman likes to mind someones else business and behave inappropriately. What a . The doctor was late, but she apologised about that. That is what good professionals do, they treat people nice instead arguing for nothing.
