        I took a coat in which cost me 38 pounds to get dry cleaned. When I went to pick up my coat they had lost the belt and told me to retrace my steps. Less than helpful. They didnt bother looking , told me they gave it back to me on the day which they didnt and told me to check at home. Mind you I walked home freezing in a dress when I dropped it off. The lady apparently called her husband and that was enough to check. This was a 400 coat. Save your money and go elsewhere . Horrible service. To the company, please check the video footage to see that I did in fact bring it in with a belt and literally took it off my back to hand it over . I also did not swear at your wife nor abuse her but you can understand my frustration when she was less than helpful for an expensive coat that was handed back without a belt.
