Stay away from this place ! They lost my wedding dress .. it's one year, they are kind of playing around it..telling me it probably went into their deposit..never made me aware if my dress was going to be moved from one place to another. I'm not going to stop and proceed legally if need to ..but in the meantime don't lose your time with this time wasters

No idea how this has bad reviews. Perhaps it went under new management. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional, I smile everytime I go in.

If I was able to provide zero star I would! AVOID AT ALL COST! They just lost (I mean lost!!!) 3 of my most expensive winter jackets I took for dry cleaning a month ago. They are all gone and they are not even trying to help. Super rude manager who hang up on me when I got upset about the 4th call telling me nothing. I think they sell anything valuable you bring in. Please use someone else!!!

Horrendous service. I had to throw my sweater in Lana Merino after this poor job done on a very small hole in one of the sleeves.

I wanted to leave my shirts this morning, asked if I can them be returned on Saturday. An employee said that they would be able only to do that by Monday. When I reminded her that they did that before, she agreed that it can be done by Saturday, for additional charge. I agreed with that and said that last time she also tried to suggest Monday instead of Saturday. In response, suddenly, without any explanation, she accused me of being rude, said that she was not going to serve me, and proposed to leave their shop. I never ever saw such rude, unprofessional and unpleasant behaviour. Its the worst ever experience in the dry cleaners I ever had.
