Brilliant service, helped sort out a tricky problem very quickly! Would highly recommend for borehole services. Dom's knowledge was spot on and he very kindly went into great detail to help out - just before closing time on a Friday afternoon! Will definitely be using in the future for any private water needs!

Terrible experience. I have used Aquatech for 4 years now and during that time, every fault or problem with equipment they have supplied is blamed on the client rather than accepting responsibility. The filtration they supplied was so poor it was worse than the borehole direct, and they still have not provided me with another water test after sending several sample they asked me to post to them. It was so bad I needed a reverse osmosis in the kitchen to provide drinking water. Aquatech supplied and fitted this, and when it failed they did not honour the warranty, instead they re-built me another from second hand parts. When this failed again after only another 3 months, they accused me of wasting their time and blamed condensation when it was dripping at a rate of a drip per second, potentially causing damage. It is now not working at all and they are refusing to fix it after falsely accusing me of being rude to their staff. This is what I mean by them turning every problem back on the client. I am now left with a broken RO and no drinking water at my property. They also overcharged me by over 200. Be wary over the other reviews......there are other companies out there.

You won't go wrong trusting Aquatech with your private water system. A really knowledgeable team. I must mention Dom in particular and Jess as well.

Really good service. Within 2 hours of a telehone call on a Saturday morning we had water back on again, and the engineer sorted out some niggles for us at the same time. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommended. Thank you!

Fantastic service from a friendly and reliable team. We inherited a private borehole when we moved into a new house and I didn't know how any of it worked. Dom and the team helped me understand the treatment systems we currently had and which additional treatments we may want to consider. All the work has been carried out to the highest standard. We plan to use AquaTech every year to maintain and service the equipment.
