    Matt was recommended to me by family and friends, as while competing at a county-level sport, I had some painful recurring injuries. Through training with Matt for 2-3 years, I rid myself of those injuries and improved my strength and general fitness. The group style of training made it both fun and welcoming, without compromising on attention to detail and constant advice and motivation from Matt. I highly recommend Matt, and my only complaint would be, I couldn't take him with me.
