We dealt with Cooper Adams as a buyer and were very impressed with the service - particularly from Jason and Aurora. Most importantly they were responsive and quick to act when we needed. They actually helped us establish a good and productive relationship with our seller, unlike many estate agents. So much better than our own agent, and always professional, polite, eager to help and easy to deal with. A very stark contrast to other local estate agents, the team at Cooper Adams are a rare find.

Would highly recommend Cooper Adams in East Preston. Jason, Aurora and the rest of the team are lovely and fantastic at their jobs. They got us a quick sale at the price we wanted and have made the process easier, keeping us updated the whole way through. We really appreciated how straight forward Jason has made the process with none of the cheesy sales tactics or complications wed seen with others agents. The high standard of photography and the addition of a video tour really made all the difference. We also felt reassured by the security of having a reservation agreement in place having had bad experiences in the past of losing buyers late in the process of a sale. Well certainly use them again should the need arise!

Jason Howell was incredibly helpful throughout the sale. It went very smoothly and he was in touch with my solicitor from day one. It was my first dealings with Cooper Adams, and I can not praise them more highly.

We met with Ben as arranged at a property in East Preston. He was on time, well presented and mannered. The vendor of the property was in residence at the time and Ben explained that we had a viewing arranged and was very calm, kind and clear in his explanation as the vendor seemed a little confused. The viewing was straight forward and Ben kept the vendor informed as to which rooms we were going into etc. On a separate note I would like to say that the presentation brochure and the additional FAQ sheet was very helpful and well done.
