A true beach-side house on a private estate. Front decking and private pebbled area opens straight onto the beach. Kids love it because there's sand as well as pebbles. Expensive but worth it if you want to blow some money on a celebration. Good for family do's. Very well equipped. Light and airy, plenty of space. Not suitable if you want to party outside at night (consideration to neighbours).
