We needed a fire door to be installed in a rental flat that met with guidelines as set out by the council. J Fire and Security were excellent from my first point of contact right through to the completion of the job. They dealt directly with our lettings agent to schedule the work with the tenants; I was completely hands-off but was kept up to date with progress regularly. The job was also completed sooner than I was expecting (based on other estimates) which was definitely a positive when dealing with a safety critical product. I've recently taken up a maintenance contract for J Fire to take care of first rental property and it has already proven to be a great decision. They have recently completed a fire risk assessment for me, which resulted in remedial works needing to be carried out. I was given expert advise from everyone in the team who swiftly replaced all my internal doors for new fire doors and added new emergency lighting throughout the communal areas. Can't recommend enough!
