Lee and his team at Lancelot have done a marvellous job of replacing our conservatory, for a good price. They got the design spot on, for the location, use and look of our conservatory. Then their construction was delivered as planned and quoted. They did the whole job in under 3 consecutive days, actually finishing a day early, with great attention to detail, and fitting in well with existing structures like our guttering. They were punctual and kept us informed of what was going on, and very polite and pleasant to work with. Tidying up and cleaning up after themselves, Kind regards, Kathy

A pleasant experience from start to finish know pressure at any stage, the fitters Tom Callam and Toby were excellent polite and helpful and very professional at all times the windows and patio doors are as described and already proving to be better then previous windows would recommend this family company to anyone thank you lancelot windows.

Whole process was smooth. Lee gave good advice and the quote was similar to other contractors. The team who installed 11 windows, front door and patio doors were excellent. They managed the job in 3 days with minimal disruption and mess, and what mess they did make they cleared up quickly. They made sure we understood any slight tweaks that needed doing and consulted at all stages. Windows seem fine, already noticed a lack of draughts in a few places and the dog cannot always hear cars on the drive because of the sound proofing. We are using Lancelot for another job and our neighbour is also getting a quote. Thoroughly recommended.
