Spoke to the staff who put me straight through to speak to the director. What a lovely gentleman. He was professional easy to talk to and really helped me in my bizarre request...I was so very impressed...gold star from me ...for the record I have 40 years In care ..social services background trained In neurology/dementia/palliative/continence care/ stoma/pressure area care. It's a rarity..so Gold Star from me

On visiting this amazing place the first thing that struck me was how it was like a home, not a care home. The building was bright, airy and had a good feeling. Staff were very friendly and approachable which helped make a very difficult decision easy. Highly recommend.

Having worked at hale place for 8 years I couldnt imagine working anywhere else. We are like one big family, it doesnt feel like a job when you have colleagues as friends where we all get to enjoy the great activities organised

I couldn't imagine working at another care home that cares like Hale Place. We are one big family, staff are outstanding always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. There isn't a day that goes past where we don't have an activity going on - trip to the pub or a relaxing sail down the river. Hale Place is truly 1 in a million.
