        Autumnal sunshine, Leicestershire countryside at its best, beautiful rooms, warm welcoming staff and delicious food and drink were in abundance last week as we celebrated a friends 50th birthday.

        Ive been to several events at this restored country house and on both occasions the family were very welcoming and made all of us feel at home. The highlight though was their tasting menu cooked by their in house Michelin starred chefs.. I highly recommend trying it I will be visiting as often as I can
