Junction Surgery

A few years ago I gave this surgery 1 star. Today I have changed it to 5 stars. I cant thank Dr Mystery enough. Also like to say thank you to receptionist Diane that has gone above and beyond. Nothing is to much trouble for her. Thank you.

Ridiculous service, rang 60 times plus from 8am to 8.30am with not being able to even get past the options as phone line was too busy! The odd 2 times it finally rang the surgery just let the phone ring out until it cut off! When they finally answer there will be no appointments left for today. Even worse that when you ring at 8am it still says the surgery is closed until atleast 8.02am, disgusting!!!!!!!!

After having problems with prescription services and lack of care resulting in 3 hospital stays, its come to the point where I am being ignored or told to speak properly from a woman at the reception who to be honest had a much broader accent than me. After being told to email my prescription requests to the surgery, its been clear that for 6 months at least I have to continually chase my prescritiopns or beg for them to be done. Its apparent that some of the people who work in the surgery have complexes about them not being medically trained as i have found the doctors to be lovely! Its a shame that one or 2 of the receptionists bring this surgery down. So to end this review, i will be going else where. Unless your face fits at this surgery or you know the receptionists personally then you wont be seen, cared for or bothered about! Absolutely disgusting!!!

The service I have received today for one year old baby recently discharge from the hospital was discusting! They cut fone dawn on me, when I have tried again, the pseudo without any experience receptionist called Aleksandra put her fone dawn on me, the baby is suffering with lung infection! She don't want to listen to any explanation, she was abusive! Surely she is getting paid to run this GP dawn think she is getting paid Horrible person! I love this GP for years but is going dawn th
