Sorry but his is not fit to be the person who lead the team. Do not expect the first words out from his mouth is to challenge customer rather then find out from the new staff what is the situation and also to show correct way to do the job and customer handling skill.

Great place to go, location is easy to find, can get pritty much anything you're looking for here. The 3 meal deals are the best. Staff are helpful and friendly.

I have used the store twice on my way to work to grab myself a morning coffee and lunch. After my first visit, I found my Costa Coffee tasted off and I didnt finish it. I tried the store again and frustratingly found myself waiting 15 minutes because the meal deal offer wasnt working. 15 minutes for a meal deal, no queue, Im not joking. A customer assistant tried to help and even used other items and other tills to test the meal deals but it wasnt working. He had no manager available to fix it and explained he couldnt sell me the items for their advertised 3.40 price, so after 15 minutes, I had to leave my food and drink so I made it to work on time. I hope me writing this gets to the manager and he can stop it ever happening to any other customers. Im not sure Ill return just in case my time is wasted again.

Had an absolute horrendous experience with Andy with white hair and glasses ( currently trying to find his surname) regarding dropping of an Evri parcel. After lugging out the parcels from my vehicle which were very heavy he looked and said sorry we don't have any receipts , I found that very unusual as hermes/evri regularly top up there point of sale supplies ,I then asked him why don't you put a sign outside saying you aren't taking anymore parcels ?, he said that's hermes responsibility...I totally questioned that as your store is paid a commission to maintain the signage and equipment etc, imagine if I was disabled or had limited mobility and then told at the till sorry we can't take the parcels,I felt embarrassed and humiliated by Andys lack of willingness or perhaps laziness to sort the issue , my partner came into with a small parcel and guess what another chap took it no problem Andy do yourself a favour either learn how to use the evri software correctly or get off your back side and clearly put a display up to prevent people with parcels getting embarrassed Last week you told me the cage was full.then your male colleague walked over and undermined you by saying we will be able to squeeze them in....Next time Andy go the extra mile ,do your job and think about customers with heavy parcels and there mobility

Andy do yourself a favour either learn how to use the evri software correctly or get off your back side and clearly put a display up to prevent people with parcels getting embarrassed
