Katie and her team are the best. They do everything they can to keep my cat, Nala, calm and happy. I really recommend Katie and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

A new groomers opened in out town, from day 1 I took my rescue staffie in for a bath and he loved it, the owner was lovely my dog loved going there for a fuss, now roll on a couple of years and the owner got busier, had her fingers in a lot of pies, so handed the reins to another groomer. After a couple of appointments I found my dog did not want to go in there, I had to literally pull him in and the final straw was around Christmas when I found nail marks on my furbaby's tummy from the new groomer/managers fake Christmas nails. I appealed on local social media for another local groomer and up popped Katie's Pet Parlour, it was the best decision I have made in a long time, she is lovely, her parlour is spacious in a great countryside location. Unlike other places your dog is the only one there (which is great as mine can be a bit reactive to other dogs), my boy literally leaps out of the window tail wagging when he see's her, my review does not do her justice and the picture attached is my dog at her parlour, don't worry he doesn't look unhappy as he is there, he always looks like that when he has his photo taken
