First visit to Vicki today and Diesel and Yogi were treated like the princes they are. They look and smell fab. Great, caring, friendly service. Highly recommend.

I was recommended by a local resident in the village of east markham to Vicky. I rang her to arrange an appointment for my rescue Gsd puppy Lottie, she had not had the best start in life and was fearful of alot of things, I wanted her to experience new and social experiences and went to vicky for help. We started with a lot lol of mini taster sessions of around 30 minutes so Lottie could realise it was ok to be out of her comfort zone and without mummy, after only a couple of sessions her anxiety lessoned due to the fantastic work and pure passion and professionalism for animals that Vicky is a natural at. ( much so that she pulls me towards the grooming parlour everytime we pass) fast forward and a full girly pampering session with full spa treatment including bath, blow dry and an expert cut and groom plus a top notch health check, Lottie looks and smells amazing and simply adores her new auntie vicky. Nothing to much trouble for this wonderful business, I was scared to cut Lottie and her brother coopers nails, Vicky asked me to pop down and she did these for free. Thank you for your patience, we got there eventually xx
