Carbon Legacy

Back in May 2022 we accepted a quote from this company. It took ages and ages to get them booked in (every time we contacted them the person was on holiday!!). Finally got them booked in only for the fitters to turn up and say it could not be fitted. Our roof apparently is not suitable, so surveyor obviously did not do his job properly. They could have come anytime to check this out but no. This has potentially coste us a good-sized grant too!

This company really deserves more reviews. I checked out quite a few competing companies when pricing up installing our solar and battery installation. Carbon Legacy came out twice after I considered starting again in a completely new location and were really professional throughout. Install date was ahead of schedule, no add on costs and they came out for a check-up when something was flagged up by the system. The installation carried out by the electrician was very well done and extremely neat with hidden cable routing I wouldn't have attempted. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend, the service is good and the prices are as good as you will get for the specification in my experience.

So happy I chose this company. Shirley, Pat, Peter and Howard were all very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with our solar PV and Tesla battery. Hope to use them again when / if we need our electric car charge point. Thanks.
