First time visiting today and it will be our last first impressions were that the place could do with a good clean. We were greeted by two big hand prints on the mirror as you walk in. We walked past the coffee machine which looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. We ordered two pints which cost 11.20! We sat down and noticed immediately the chairs were covered in crumbs and dog hair. The floor needed a good vacuum and mop. We went at lunch time, so there was no way it had been cleaned the night before / that morning. We were going to stop for lunch but the cleanliness put us off. We went to the toilet on the way out and they were just as bad. The toilet was dirty and stained, with the top coming away. The sink wasnt even attached. Soap dispensers need replacing and make sure to go to the toilet in twos, youll need the other person to push the tap for you on the one sink the water actually works. Cleanliness is basics
