Absolute disgrace of a service, I have been trying to book an appointment for my daughter for over a week now to no avail. The only person I have managed to speak to is the pre-recorded automated voicemail! Diabolical! From reading the previous reviews this appears to be a consistent narrative only to be followed by a generic reply requesting you phone them to discuss the matter. What's the point in doing that when all I'll get through to is an automated voicemail or a receptionist who will tell me to phone back when it's not as busy Which is surprising as from looking at your overall rating I'm surprised anybody uses your service

With so much negative publicity about GP appointments around, I couldn't fault the service today. Phoned at 8, appointment at 10.30, home by 11.10 with medication. Dr Fraser's care could not have been bettered. Very rarely go to GP's, but very impressed with service today.

Dreadful phoned because problems with my medication zero interested . Basically you will be responsible for someone death before long
