        The heating in our panel van had been playing up for a couple of months. Brendon was able to diagnose the fault quickly, source the required parts without fuss and complete the repair efficiently. Throughout the process Brendon kept us well informed about progress.         Told caravan was fine but when checked paperwork had written very high damp reading on the shower!!! Not sure of competency considering you don't measure damp in the shower area for obvious reasons.

        5 Star service! Had an issue with replacing the gas and rubber pipe in the our campervan. Contacted Costock Caravan Services who said to come in so it could be checked for gas leaks. Was done free of charge, thank you!

        Booked our caravan in for a major warranty repair and annual service. All went like clockwork and with a smile despite the awkwardness of the caravan manufacturer who seemed to dispute every item of the claim. Still, it finished up a superb job at no cost to us except for the service. I would recommend this company to anyone.
