Very quiet, perfect for our family of 6, 4 teenagers loved it. Especially sitting in the hot tub until gone midnight and playing pool. My husband and I loved the local lanes for bike riding and the wider area for getting to places to explore. Beautifully kept house, plenty of space too. BBQ a bit dodgy so we used the oven. Apart from that, brilliant.
