Couldnt get through to GP so this was an excellent option, drug received before 1pm the following day. Paid the extra for special delivery. Would use again and recommend to family.

Doesn't give you the option to cancel your order if you've put wrong details in and they only work Monday - Friday yet states email 24/7 that's not exactly helpful information that's telling people they can email 24/7 but won't get a reply until Monday that is very misleading information and if I get charged for wrong details I'll post again with a terrible review! You should be allowed to cancel an order without having to wait for someone to contact you back!

Terrible experience where I ordered something and paid for 24 hour delivery and it took 5 days to come. No compensation or amends from the company. It was very disappointing and then I had medication I could not use

Update: The customer service team agreed to refund me in full... but then sent me an email asking me to take my review down. However, I am leaving this up so other customers can be aware of the post-payment age verification and the 5 admin charge if you fail it and need to cancel. Awful, awful company. They don't state that they do an age verification check until after you've paid for your order. Despite my name and address being the same for years, I somehow failed it because I wasn't on their database. I needed this medicine next day, so requested a cancellation so I could order from another pharmacy without all the faff. I was charged a 5 admin fee for the privilege of cancelling - even though they had to do absolutely no admin. What an absolute scam of a company. I strongly recommend avoiding from here.
