        Pharmacy refused to sell me an over the counter cream because I wanted to use it for my face. My doctor told me to get this cream and use it on my face and as its not a prescription medication, didnt write me one. Pharmacy refused to sell.

        I do not understand why all negative reviews - I use this branch regularly and never had a bad experience. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable and helpful, always a swift and efficient service when I picked up my prescription or making in-store purchase . Lastly, I have visited this branch at different times and days of the week and the experience has always been as good as described above.

        I have visited for my medication today. Once I'm in the counter the manager said it's not ready. My argument why send me text to collect the medication if it's not ready. Finnly the manager said it's will take 7 day to get medication ready. I have really frustrating and trying to make complaint against management. It's happened 16/03/2023
