Getting worse and still using Covid as an excuse same messages staff have attitude issues. Mail box full they closed their branches its not just HARCA whole world is like that now. Anyway same problem never gets fixed. Management does not care. Its all one big group.. Residents need to do something..

Poplar Harca has the worst service I have ever encountered. They do not respond to emails. I have waited two months to get a repair issue sorted and am still waiting for a response to all my emails I sent for the same job. They send workers without informing you, so after waiting months you miss the appointment they booked without informing you. When they do inform you before hand that someone will come they miss the appointment and you need to rebook the repair again. Their workers don't care about the residents. Their workers don't follow guidelines such as wearing a face mask when its mandatory. UPDATE Still a terrible housing association. All of winter our hot water and heating kept breaking down. My mum has had a leak from upstairs for three weeks and as she is a OAP she has get up on chair to empty the bowl. Her cupboards are ruined but do you care NO. The phone is not being answered and the office in East India Road is closed even though the lights are on. Useless does even cover it. I have told her to stop paying her rent and as she is getting absolutely no were.
