If you look closely on the window it clearly states that the shop will be closed for 35mins & the number on the shop did not work and they did not answer or put up the correct number, VERY, VERY unacceptable customer service, I met a gentleman here he says he's been waiting for around 1hour, my mum saw the same note on the door and she was outside the shop around 3.30pm. This shop or management should definitely be placed under review. And traiding standards need to investigate this shop, if they are in business but not open, I would say that is fraud?.

I thought I would try them as they are local to me. I bought my son a coat that had a faulty zip. I asked how much to replace it. 20 pounds i was charged. And was Told to come back later that day. On return the new zip had been put in at a slight angle. the owner said it would be okay. For 3 days at college he said the bottom of the zip kept coming out. I returned to have this problem fixed. I showed him the problem. Only to be told that my son is not zipping it up properly. He was reluctant to do anything about it. He did not even use the type of zip we previous agreed. After some stern words he agreed to change the zip. But kept saying how its was my sons fault some how. And if it happens again he wont change it! My son has not had a single problem since. As I told him. If it was done correctly the first time. I would have not needed to have come back. He changed the zip from its original location. And left all the stitching untidy. I had to cut and tidy it. He was unprofessional. And very rude. Also Overpriced. Poor quality workmanship. Please. Go somewhere else. Service: Alterations

Very helpful really great service , they not only did my dry cleaning but they also adjusted a suit and fixed a pair of shoes. Perfect service and very affordable.
