Im a regular at this nail salon, the vietnamese nail technicians are usually really good. I came the day before Eid which was extremely busy however the lady who did my pedicure did an awful job. She skipped a lot of steps when doing my pedicure, I asked for a French tip which was awful, I had wonky tips, one was thicker than the other. I asked for her to file it down however she wasnt able to fix. I even showed her a picture and requested for it to be skinny tip. I was charged full price (5 extra for white tip) 40, just to be left with a wonky French tip on my feet without a full pedicure treatment. The lady who did my pedicure (short bob hair non-vietnamese), she mentioned she usually does eyebrows however was told to do nails. I have really bad anxiety and OCD so I didnt feel comfortable to raise it to Steven due to how busy the nail salon was. I am really upset with this experience and very disheartened as Ive never experienced this. They need to not allow those who cant do nails to do customers nails especially when there only specialised in eyebrows/facial treatments. Its not fair on the customers to pay full price when there only receiving half a treatment as well as doing a rubbish job. Youd expect professionals to do a good job, the polish looks like something a child has done. Service: Pedicure
