        Poplar Baptist is a lovely church with small to mid-sized attendance on Sundays (and a very long, rich history). Both the ministers and attendees are very welcoming to visitors, and people stick around to meet visitors and chat with each other for quite a while after the service has ended. The preaching is faithful to scripture and relevant to life today. The kids have lovely mid-service Sunday school classes which they and their parents can opt for. (They can opt to stay in the main service.) According to the churchs website, theres also a crche with audio access to the main hall for when the kids decide to let it rip. Recommended for all around Poplar looking for a church to call home.
