Aquathin UK

Due to having had what I thought was a similar system for the past few years I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with. Adam and the team at Aquathin were extremely patient and really went way over beyond the call of duty to give me the right advice and fit the system. It's an absolute dream and much to my amazement the taste of the water is way better than my previous system. The system is very robust, so easy to use, can't believe I didn't get this one in the first place.

We had the aquathin drinking water system fitted a few years ago from the previous company that used to supply and represent Aquathin water systems. Since it got installed, the water never tasted as it should have done, even after yearly services by the same company. We recently came across Aquathin UK, and asked them to service our filter this year. Adam provided a fantastic service and fixed the water taste issue (the previous company had incorrectly connected our system to the hot water supply). Highly recommend them.

I can't recommend AquathinUK too highly! Professional, trustworthy, efficient, they reallyknow what they are doing, but also friendly and kind. Adam in person and Christopher on the phone have been so brilliant from day one, providing outstanding service and sorting out all the problems with the system here. As even though I had paid for an annual service with another company sadly my RO kit was in a bad way.Adam has done such an excellent job, and I'm so grateful to be drinking pure health giving water again.

We have waited a long time for an RO tap and Adam was brilliant, he explained everything fully and even came back the next morning to make sure it was al working ok. 5* service from a great company!! Thanks for everything.
