Gillie Scarrott-Jones

My good friend, whom I work with, had come across Gillie and started having Reiki. I observed her one morning driving to a job and she had a clarity of speech and positivity and an apparent abundance of creative energy. When she suggested I should try it, despite not really knowing anything about Reiki, I was open to this suggestion. Having experienced the loss of my husband four years ago and holding the family together, I was at a stage where an abundance of energy would be extremely helpful. On my first visit, I had no idea what to expect and I can honestly say, I didnt expect what happened to happen. I released a lot and on reflection feel that my course of Reiki with Gillie has saved my life. That sounds dramatic, however the emotional turmoil, which I was not allowing out was starting to show in physical symptoms in my body, which presumably in time would only have got worse. What I find amazing about Reiki, I didnt need to tell Gillie anything and I would have still had the same reaction on my first visit. A therapy that can go so deeply into you and enable you to realease so much with out saying a word, is magic. We happily MOT and service are cars every year, booking them into the garage at the slightest feeling something is wrong and yet we dont do this same self care to our most precious belonging, ourselves. I cant recommend this more highly. I feel extremely grateful to have met Gillie.

I must say, I was slightly skeptical about Reiki at first as I knew nothing about it but had been going through some stressful times and went to see my GP. He recommended that I have some Reiki sessions to help me relax and even said he has Reiki sessions himself. I have had one session so far and it was great! I am definitely a believer now! Gillie is amazing - very calm and really makes you feel at ease. To describe the experience, I would say that it was like having a good old therapy session and a massage all rolled into one - She even gives you a lovely pot of bath salts to take home for a soak :) I came out feeling so much lighter, like a big weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I have booked more sessions and I cant wait to have them! Thanks Gillie x
