The Personal Trainers, Ally and Grant of Movewell Fitness are great. They've always got new ideas to help you achieve your goals, you never get bored (and I get bored of repetitive exercise very easily), they stay really up to date with the latest research and they are nice, interesting people. They aren't cheap PTs, but you're getting 20 years of experience and top notch expertise, so they are very good value.
They also have various special interest experience like training for cycling and post-hysterectomy recovery. I haven't done either, but Ally pre-hab'd and re-hab'd me for knee operations and I had a fantastic recovery.
If you ever manage to get a slot with either of them, grab it.

Ally has been training me for several years. She is way more than the normal personal trainer - she is really innovative and tailors things really well, even midway through a session. Plus she does great online classes everyday. I love the contemporary strength and flexibility lessons which is like yoga/pilates, but the ones using weights is great too.
