Amazing service. Ordered a new Bosch tumble dryer at a very competitive price, and was delivered, installed and old unit recycled with a couple of days of ordering. Previously, I had tried to order online with another larger online retailer, this failed at checkout and was advised after long wait on phone to go to store to order in store. I went to store they said they had no stock. I had wasted a couple of hours. I called CF Hall, they checked stock with their supplier, and managed to order for me whilst I was on phone. I wont waste time on my next purchase trying to save a couple of pounds by ordering online with the larger online stores, will shop local to save time (money) and get a better service.

Washing machine broke down and we needed a replacement as soon as possible. Called at lunch time and they delivered the one we wanted at 4pm! They gave us an overview of the machine and explained how to fit it. It was up and running in no time. They also collected the old machine. They even called us the morning after to make sure how we were getting on with the new machine. Thank you so much for the impressive customer service!
