When we were in the M25 on our trip to Wales, we had heard some wried noise at the rear. We had to urgently found a garage to check the car. Brian and reception guy(I forgot to ask for his name) checked and confirmed the part in the rear side was broken and had to be replaced. They didn't have the part but recommended what needs to be done!! This is really helpful and caring customer service!! Definitely recommend for any local to use them.
