I found Lucy and the team easy to communicate with and can thoroughly recommend her and her colleagues. I think that Curchods have a very good understanding of local property markets.

Hi Lucy, I wanted to thank you for everything that you did, right from the start when you directed us to view YTW - something we would not have done without your encouragement. The excellent service you and your team provided along with skillful client management was also noticed. Probably best we do not dwell on the completion day dramas due to our related sale but under very trying circumstances you demonstrated admirable 'crisis management skills' combined with a level of empathy for my mum which frankly most agents would be be incapable of delivering. I have been in the business since 1998 and recognise first class agency and it is something that the Harvey family are grateful for.

Staff were more than helpful - practical advice on price levels - excellent brochure and photography which was updated. We received an excellent service selling a property through Curchods, East Horsley. We had good communication about prospective buyers and their feedback from the staff. Jordan West was particularly helpful with updates when we became part of a long and complicated chain.

Great team who were empathetic and professional in their approach which helped us decide on taking the plunge to move house. It proved a very difficult market to manoeuvre through but we appreciated the perseverance and guidance of Jordan who helped steady the boat when things looked pretty hopeless. We are now happily ensconced in our new home. Great job by the Churchods team in East Horsley. Highly recommendable.
