        Julie put us at ease straight away during such a difficult time. She was kind and compassionate and guided us through the entire process of organising the funeral to remove as much stress as possible from us. The funeral itself was exactly as we wanted it.

        Julie at the merrow branch of James and Thomas, was a great help and comfort whilst dealing with my late mother's funeral. The care and time they showed helped us through this difficult time, nothing was to much trouble. I really am grateful that mum had such a lovely send off . I wish to thank all of the people at James and Thomas for all that they have done.
