JMD demonstrated the upmost professionalism in delivering this one of a kind Architect designed roof and kitchen extension. They delivered on budget, communicating clearly any problems and agreed additional costs as the project went on. The project presented a very difficult logistical problem with limited access which JMD handled with great care and consideration in difficult circumstances. The whole team have remained positive, friendly and helpful throughout one of the most testing times in living memory. Covid extended the period of work beyond anyone's control, but JMD managed the situation dilligently and through sheer hard work reduced delays as best they could. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product which ended up better than we could have imagined when we started. It looks stunning. Well done to everyone who worked on it.

We've just come to the end of our two storey extension with JMD and they have been absolutely brilliant from tender, through construction and on to completion. We approached Danny and Mark to quote on our extension and they were personable and friendly from day 1, provided a very detailed and realistic quote and won the work because of this. The build itself was very smooth and everyone who worked on-site was top of their game. It made for a great atmosphere and meant I had a lot less stress knowing that the guys knew what they were doing and I could go away for work and leave them to it. It was always exciting coming back to the house to see how it had progressed! If you are looking for a quality building company then I cannot recommend them highly enough and I would have them back again to do any other work without hesitation.
