The day spent with Kelly was fab, she was so lovely and very in depth which was great. The day was very well planned out and covered a lot of topics in such little time. I just wanted to say the BIGGEST thank you to you and all the speakers for the 'Wedding Spaces Going Places' November 2020 training. I feel like this training was what everyone needed in our industry, sharing best practise, stories and supporting one another at the moment after the year of 2020! The content, as always was incredibly insightful and I felt engaged throughout the whole day. The goody box really was such a lovely touch too, well done Kelly you did such a fab job. I took some great notes and shared these with the RSA team and it was great to give us a kickstart into hopefully a busy and successful festive season!

Kelly has provided us with key support for our venue as we looked at building our offer. Her private consultancy and insights in to how we could add to our offer and position ourselves within the marketplace were insightful. As a small intimate venue, Treseren has a very niche offer and we felt she had taken the time to really understand who we are and what we do and to ensure that her advice was specific and tailored to us. Each venue is unique and Kelly is passionate about helping you to achieve the best for your own setting. We are part of her wedding venues re-building group and all of the support and training she delivers through that platform is excellent. We also valued her excellent training day Wedding Spaces Going Places. Kelly convened a brilliant collection of speakers and training sessions which were relevant and insightful, packed full of ideas for enhancing bookings, enquiries and performance. The virtual cocktail at the end and the thoughtful package of goodies sent ahead were wonderful additions. Kelly has the most wonderful approach and is absolutely brilliant to work with.

I worked with Kelly on a private consulting basis earlier this year to review our wedding venue business. It was so helpful to get a completely fresh perspective! Kelly helped to streamline our show round experience, refresh our response to enquiry emails and most importantly, identify our target market and create a unique tone of voice and personality that really shows our passion and family-friendly credentials. I have also joined Kellys Wedding Venues Rebuilding community, which has been invaluable during the challenging circumstances of this year. Having other venues to share concerns, soundboard ideas, discuss the latest regulations and celebrate positive news with in a completely safe space is credit to Kelly.
